My name is Sarah and I am a 22 year old artist, designer, hippie, hooper, friend, and nerd. My philosophy for life can be summed up in the infamous words of Jimi Hendrix; "You have to forget about what other people say, when you're supposed to die, or when you're supposed to be loving. You have to forget about all these things. You have to go on & be crazy. Craziness is like heaven." Hooping makes me happy, so I made this channel to document my hooping path. From those first sessions spent desperately trying to keep that big starter hoop up around my waist, to the feel good moments of learning new tricks, and embracing the meditation, dance, and self expression I have come to find within my hoop space.
